All orders can be canceled until dispatch. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 30 minutes. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it cannot be canceled.
14 days from delivery date in new condition with no visible wear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us. Buyer must pay return shipping if not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and the exchange is not due to our error.

Returns/exchanges on water contact products are not accepted. Dämmerlicht reserves the right to refuse to refund any item that does not comply with these conditions of sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method after verification.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return or cancellation request. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Due to factors beyond our control (bank processing times, etc.), it often takes some processing time for a refund to reflect in your account.
